Back in the room he says he dislikes the place and promises to shield her from whatever is outside. Her response is a curious compliment about how he smells: the road, chill air and fuel, with a warm note underneath. He finds the remark odd, and she shrugs that odd is her habit.
Then he owns up to wanting her, adding that he is married. That is when she gives herself away, calling vows a luxury of the mortal and saying she would know. His objections keep coming and she keeps pressing, so the episode closes on her promise that when she is through with him, this will be his routine, permanently.
