Two products behind one login
Candy.ai is an AI companion service. Every character there is AI-generated: you can talk with them, design new ones and, as a Premium member, also generate 18+ images and videos. Candy Shorts is the viewing side, with scripted series told in vertical episodes of one to two minutes and each story planned from opening to ending.

The companion chat
Chat is the core of the platform, and the free allowance is easy to remember: 5 messages. That is enough to meet a character and get a feel for the replies, but not enough for a real conversation. With Premium, the message cap disappears.
The Shorts often feed into it. The screen after an episode usually suggests a chat with the series lead, and in some series it points to character creation instead. Both are optional.
Candy.ai's Terms of Service describe these conversations as fiction, which suits the product, since you are stepping into a story with a generated character. Whatever you type about yourself, though, is real information, so personal details are best left out.
What Premium adds

The 18+ labels leave no doubt about the audience. For Shorts viewers, the tokens are the perk that matters most. Most series charge 12 tokens per paid episode, while creator and Spicy titles charge 30 or 50, so the allowance goes furthest on standard series. There is no app to install. The plans page explains how to add Candy.ai to the home screen on iPhone and Android, which gives you a browser shortcut that behaves like an app icon.
Creators and their digital twins
Candy.ai's Candy Creators section is built on digital twins. Each twin is an AI likeness of a real performer, used under a license that covers the performer's name and image. According to Candy.ai's Help Center, every twin is built together with the creator, who gives full consent. The creators themselves did not perform in any series.
As of October 2026, our catalog includes series with the twins of Riley Reid (7 series), Mia Malkova (4), Bonnie Blue (3), Sophie Dee (2) and Asa Akira (2). Candy.ai offers chat with more creators than appear in the Shorts. Non-Spicy creator series charge 30 tokens per paid episode and Spicy ones charge 50, so they drain a month's tokens faster. Is it legit, and what are the alternatives?

Candy.ai pairs a chat product with a series product under a single account. Opening a free account is worthwhile, because it shows at no cost whether the Shorts are for you: every non-Spicy series plays its first two episodes for free.
Premium pays off for people who want the chat or the creation tools, and for viewers who plan to unlock episodes regardless and want 100 tokens a month. It is not a fit for anyone under 18, for anyone who would rather avoid adult content, or for anyone hoping for unlimited chat on a free account.
