The lock on a paid Candy Shorts episode shows a price in tokens, never in dollars. This guide connects the two, so you can see what a series will really cost before you unlock anything.
Premium plans and prices as of October 2026
Candy.ai sells one subscription, Premium, in three lengths, and the monthly rate falls as the commitment grows. These are the US dollar prices on the Candy.ai plan page as of October 2026. Taxes may be added.

Both longer plans also display a struck-through $13.99, which is simply the monthly plan's standard rate. Candy Shorts has no plan of its own; it is part of Candy.ai, so what you buy is Premium. Alongside its tokens, Premium lists the Full Live Action Experience, unlimited text messages, tools to build your own AI girlfriend, and 18+ image and video generation.
How tokens work
Tokens are the currency of Candy Shorts. Across the whole catalog, episodes 1 and 2 cost zero tokens, although Spicy titles need Premium before they open at all. From episode 3 on, each episode is locked with its token cost shown, and you open them one at a time. Each month of Premium brings 100 tokens.
Episode prices vary by series. Of the 156 series in our catalog as of October 2026, 126 charge 12 tokens per paid episode, 24 charge 30 and 6 charge 50. The higher prices belong to creator series and Spicy titles.
One month of tokens converts like this:
- 12-token episodes: eight per month, with 4 tokens left over
- 30-token episodes: three per month, with 10 left over
- 50-token episodes: two per month, with nothing left

What it costs to finish a series
The math takes one line: subtract the free episodes from the total, then multiply the remainder by the per-episode price.

Because 139 of the 156 series have five episodes, the most common bill is 36 tokens, a little over a third of one month's allowance. A 30-token creator series like Under Her Watch needs 90, nearly the whole month. Longer stories spill over: Caught Between Sisters fits eight paid episodes into month one and the remaining five into month two.
In dollars, a 12-token episode costs about one eighth of your monthly rate, since the allowance covers eight of them. That works out to roughly 50 cents on the 12-month plan, about $1.12 on the 3-month plan and about $1.75 on the monthly plan once its discounted first month is over.
Picking the plan that suits you
Choose by how many episodes you expect to unlock, not by the size of the badge.
- Trying one or two series: the 1-month plan. Its first month is $9.99, and its 100 tokens finish two standard five-episode series with 28 to spare. Cancel before it renews at $13.99.
- Long-series followers: choose the 12-month plan. At $3.99 a month it has the lowest rate, but all $47.88 is charged at once.
- Somewhere in between: the 3-month plan bills $26.97 a quarter and delivers 300 tokens over its term, enough for 24 episodes at 12 tokens.
- Spicy viewers: without Premium, Spicy series are closed even at episode 1, and their paid episodes cost 30 or 50 tokens, so a month covers two or three.
You will not find a discount code here, because none could be verified. The real saving is plan length. Staying on the monthly plan for a full year costs $163.88, made up of a $9.99 opening month plus eleven renewals at $13.99, while the 12-month plan covers the same year for $47.88.
Renewals, cancellation and refunds
Every plan renews automatically: $47.88 again after a year, $26.97 each quarter, or $13.99 each month. Cancellation is open at any time from your Candy.ai account settings.
The Terms of Service handle refunds in clause 10.4, which covers card purchases only. For buyers based outside the EU and UK, a refund must be requested within one day, and the option ends once more than 20 tokens are used. EU and UK customers can withdraw from a first purchase within 14 days, minus any part already used. Renewals never qualify.
