Episode 1, the fitting. In his opening lines the narrator sets the countdown: two days until his friend marries, with the bride within reach. Errands fill the next stretch, with a dress fitting that needs a hand and a caterer who needs handling, until a teasing question asks whether being near his friend's bride still gives him a charge.
Bri then says she will try on the wedding dress soon and wants him upstairs, because Jake cannot handle zippers. A line confirms that the groom is sleeping. The best man tells her not to, a quick trade of lines about whose she was comes next, and the episode closes with a question of just two words.
Episode 2, the good night. The setting turns to night. After a goodbye that should end the scene, the best man lingers, and his inner voice loses the argument. He admits aloud that this ought not to be happening, and she answers that the forbidden part is the thrill.
Her fiancé is due back soon, and she wants a hand getting out of something. Then a voice raises the question of the keys, addressing her by name; the subtitles leave that voice unidentified, and the scene carries on. The episode ends on her asking whether he really feels nothing for his friend's bride.
