At the station stop the boss sends the employee to fetch coffee, warning him against wasting company time. Veronica trumps that with an errand of her own: bring two kits from the luggage, one for makeup and one for the bathroom. Then she assures him the husband will never know. He replies that the job is gone if the husband ever finds out, and she asks the obvious follow-up: what if he does not?
With the train minutes from leaving, she demands respect for her position: as the boss's wife, she says, he should address her as ma'am. He complies, and that compliance closes the episode.
